How to reset your smart phone if you forgot your password
1.first of all ,you need to off your android phone using power off button.
2.then, press these keys Simultaneously - Power off button + Volume up + Home key
(if you haven't Home key ,don't worry,you can press only Power off button & Volume up button Simultaneously )
3.then,you will recieve Dos window like that
4.so ,now you can choose restore factory default by scrolling your volume button & give after choose " Delete all user data" .
5.after do this all ,choose "Reboot system Now "& reboot your phone .
