How to create web site simply - part 02

ok, 1st part of this ,i was introduced ,what are the top blog sites we can use to create website easily ,so now i like to say how can we start normaly after going that sites before i said .ok, 

1.1st of all ,you need to go to that sites (blogger ,wordpress n etc) .

2.then ,if  you haven't account of that sites , you will need to create it .

3.then , enter your like name , I mean its your site name (freemark.wordpress.com like that)

4.after select free plan ,you'll recieve that part 

5.then, select free plan & create your account first
